Job Description

As a Brakes Telesales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing an excellent experience to every customer over the telephone, with a great manner and great communication skills. The ability to listen and ask the right questions is really important, so you understand what’s driving our customers and can exceed their expectations week in week out. Resilience, determination, empathy and the rapport to quickly develop a relationship with any customer are key traits that you’ll need to provide excellent service. You’ll assist in the achievement of the department’s targets and objectives, ensuring profitable sales growth is met / exceeded. We are looking for someone who is target driven, competitive and can convert an interest into a sale.Success will be in your ability to manage, develop and grow Sales within your Customer Base

Experience working in a telesales role is preferable, however,  we believe your skills can shine through  your personality and behaviours - we’ll provide you with all the training and support that you need you’ll be a valuable member of the Team, contributing to the success of our business whilst working with a great team of people and having fun along the way!
