Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts with a particular focus on client contracts
  • Advise on any risks as well as commercial benefits
  • Drafting various legal documents such as NDAs and termination letters
  • Assist the Contracts Team in responding to contractor queries via email and telephone
  • Assist in international dispute resolution
  • Fill in clients' supplier and compliance questionnaires
  • Assist with compliance queries and develop sound knowledge of international compliance

Skills and experience:

  • Law degree a must
  • 1 to 3 years commercial/contracts law experience
  • Recruitment sector experience or experience in a sales business highly desirable
  • Process driven
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure or to tight deadlines
  • Additional language a bonus, namely German or Dutch
