Job Description

Essential:

* Must have led a Major Incident Management Function where they have led a team integrating across the supply chain

* Demonstrable experience managing Major Incidents (must able to provide specific examples in interview)

* Experience of planning and coordinating all activities required to perform, monitor and report on MIM process

* Experience leading, developing and coaching team members to continually improve individual and team performance

* Always on, energetic and proactive attitude

* Strong supplier management capability to build strong relationships and drive positive outcomes

* Excellent Stakeholder Management skills (Up to C-level)

* ITIL Certified Desirable:

* Understanding of technical infrastructure including Citrix, Windows, Mainframe, Networks and databases.

* Large Organisation experience (Regulated Insurance/FS preferred)

* Experience of working with the ServiceNow ITSM Platform
