Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Processing high volumes of invoices against booking system
  • Communicating & resolving disputes with suppliers
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing of sales invoices and allocating receipts
  • Filing and Scanning of documents

Knowledge and Skills:

  • IT skills including excel (can do Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in a purchase ledger role or similar role with data inputting
  • Experience in processing high volumes
