About the Role

You will support the accounts function in relation to banking, allocation of receipts, sales & vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation and balance sheet controls. You will be cashing up and banking. You will be fully responsible for keeping up-to-date on all new processes and procedures and will efficiently handle administration related issues, in addition to reviewing and managing all appropriate system and non-system generated schedules and reports.

About You

You will already have experience dealing with the below: processing of purchase ledger invoices, processing of bank transactions and daily bank reconciliation, payment of inter company debtors/creditors, daily payments of external vehicle suppliers and the reconciliation of external supplier statements. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
