Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and undertake downloading of applications ensuring they are set up in relevant internal systems
  • Update the CRM with all contact/financial details in application forms where required
  • Communicate quotes and instructions and chase / follow up on actions
  • Liaise with in house teams re availability for site visits and reporting timelines ensuring times are recorded on CRM
  • Prepare Letters and invoices for services undertaken
  • Generate invoice recharge and monitor bank account for payment
  • Maintain a shared inbox to respond to queries
  • Preparing Excel spreadsheets daily
  • Updating internal control sheets and review
  • Processing monthly payment date transactions

Must have strong working knowledge of data base systems including Intermediate/Advanced MSExcel.
