Your role will be to grow and develop business within the White Collar construction market specialising across white collar professional & technical disciplines specifically within New Build Construction / Housing / Building Services / Facilities Management. You may specialise in either permanent, temporary or both types of placements. You will have experience and the ability to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle with an enthusiasm for excellence that is contagious. Your main responsibility will be to introduce and develop new business, however you will be required to liaise, service and further develop existing long established clients. SiteMasters is also on many PSL’s and Approved Supplier of blue chip companies for which you will be responsible for the business development.
THE PERSON WE WANT
You will have at least a minimum of 24 months experience within White Collar Construction Recruitment in either Permanent or Contract recruitment. You will have a network of people within the construction sector. You will have excellent relationship building skills. You must be service orientated and procedure driven, hard working and money motivated. You will have recruitment in your blood. The team environment is fun so a good sense of humour is an advantage and wanting to work with people who are very good at their job is important. You must be a target driven professional with hunger to succeed in a competitive market.
