An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in the People & Development Department based at Global House in Hayes, Kent.

This is an opportunity to become a key member of the team and really make your mark and make a difference within the recruitment function at Bromley healthcare. 

This role will require the successful applicant to line manage a Band 3 Recruitment Assistant so line management/team leader experience is necessary to be considered.

Experience of working for the NHS & using the Trac recruitment system is essential for this role, unfortunately applications without this will not be considered.

The main aspects of the role will involve you coordinating job vacancies from advertising, processing applications, inviting candidates to interview, co-ordinating pre-employment checks, then sending contracts of employment to individuals joining the Trust and arranging on boarding for new starters.

You will be responsible for the Trac recruitment system therefore applicants are required to have significant experience of using Trac & NHS Pre employment checks.

You will liaise closely with recruiting managers and applicants to the Trust, all the time ensuring excellent customer service is maintained and deadlines are met with a focus on time to recruit.

You will have excellent keyboard skills and experience in dealing with a high volume of administration. You will also be able to demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Most of all, you will display a commitment to providing an excellent recruitment service to the managers and applicants to Bromley Healthcare.
