Job Description

Key requirements:

  • ITSM Operations Management/ITSM Service Delivery Management
  • ITIL certification
  • Proven ability to manage multiple incidents at any one time
  • Escalations Manager for ITSM incidents
  • ServiceNow ITSM tooling experience
  • Strong ITSM process knowledge
  • Large Corporate industry experience
  • Strong, resilient personality
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage the expectations and relationships with all levels across the business as well as external (3rd party) customers
  • Proven ability to/experience of dealing with customer escalations

    Nice to have:
  • Insurance Industry experience
  • Immediate availability
