Job Description

In the role you will be responsible for:
 

  • Managing and overseeing a very large, complex outsourced service desk
  • Process owner for incidents and training
  • Strategic leadership of the Service Desk team
  • Make sure SLAs are met
  • Help deliver change to the team
  • Focus on what the customer wants
  • Play a key role in the process automation, process orchestration and ServiceNow capability in relation to the setup of the virtual agent (chat function)
  • Will have to manage 3 direct reports

    Key requirements:
     
  • Service Delivery Management within a Service Desk environment
  • Experience of managing and overseeing a very large, complex outsourced service desk
  • Previous experience of acting as a Knowledge and Training Manager
  • Previous experience of being a Process owner for incidents and training
  • ITIL certified
  • ITIL environment experience
  • A wealth of experience ensuring SLAs are met
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

    Nice to have:
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Immediate availability
