Job Description

The core focus of the role will be to provide a first class service to our customers. You will work very closely alongside the sales team, and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the after sales process providing a seamless customer journey. Primarily you will be responsible for looking after the customer from the point of sale throughout the on boarding process and provide regular contact with the customer to ensure 100% client retention.

Requirements of the Account Manager/Sales Support Executive:

We’re looking for someone who is willing to hit the ground running and become part of a growing department.

The successful Account Manager/Sales Support Executive will be a proactive individual who works well both individually and as part of a team, with low level experience of running a team. You will also have the ability to work to tight deadlines and targets within the usual pressures of a busy sales office. Excellent written, verbal, computer and organisational skills are a must.
