About Us

Batter & Dough is an artisanal sourdough micro-bakery based in Beckenham. All of our bread is hand made over a two day slow fermentation process, using only three simple honest ingredients: organic flour, organic sea salt, and water. We currently offer three types of loaves that we deliver directly to you on our bread bike: The BR3 - a blend of white and wholemeal flour with a dash of rye for extra kick (available on Tuesdays) , The Beckenham Rye - a 70% rye full on flavour with a strong sour tang (available on Wednesdays), and our House White - light and crusty with amazing flavour. Beyond this we make a range of amazing cakes, pastries and deserts that will feature on our forthcoming market stalls and in shops that we supply.
