She is a motivating mix of positivity, inspiration, determination and fun. Stephanie is a dedicated trainer and an inspiring athlete. She loves what she does and her passion for her work is obvious. Stephanie trained me in the gym and pushed me to be the strongest I have been, using interesting and varied workouts, which I could continue when training in my own time.
