We run the definitive military style fitness Boot Camps in the South East of England. We have compiled a team of ex British military servicemen and fitness industry professionals to provide you with a life changing Boot Camp experience! Monday 9:30am and 7:30pm Tuesday 9:30am Wednesday 9:30am and 7:30pm Thursday 9:30am Friday 9:30am Saturday 9:30am Hourly Boot Camps - £10 (Pay as you go) or £70* for 10 sessions *Must be used within 60 days

Great fitness that works !

"I have been going to Bootcamp for over 2 years . I was taken to my first session reluctantly by a friend and I have not looked back since , I love it ! I never dreamed I would enjoy it so much the group is so friendly and there is a lot of laughter ! Matt is amazing he makes us work hard but at the end of the session you feel great for what you have achieved he has a great sense of humour too ! I feel so much stronger and fitter and it’s great to be outside the location is great surrounded by trees , I cannot recommend it enough ! "

Best workout in the area!

"Been attending for years! Each session is tough but fun! A balanced mix of cardio and strength exercises using different pieces of kit, Matt pushes you to your limits! Held at Chislehurst Rec and Scadbury Nature Reserve, it really is the best outdoor workout in the area! "

Tough but fun
