"I am just so impressed with Helen and how much better I feel for the sessions I've done with her. She just instinctively seems to know what I need and I've already toned up to a smaller dress size. It sometimes hurts but it is that sort of 'nice hurt' that you know is doing you good. I think Helen's approach is perfectly tailored to me and I suspect she is the same with all her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to get back into shape after surgery or just to keep themselves fit."

"I have to say, at first I was just a bit miffed that my partner wanted us to do personal training, I’ve never been one for Gym’s etc however I couldn’t have been more wrong. Helen is amazing, thoroughly acts as my motivation and really works me in a way that I can feel the results! (Often for a few days haha) Her personal touch to the way she tailors the plans and routines is excellent and after two years + I can safely say she’s worth every penny (and not a pretty penny either!). "Have been working, gently, with Helen to try and keep fit as I am diabetic type 2 and have arthritic hips. She has been great and has motivated me to do more exercise such as Zumba for over 50s! I feel so much better due to her guidance and encouragement and am now in charge of my diabetes instead of the other way round. I am looking forward to, perhaps, more walking exercises in the park."

"I have been having PT sessions with Helen for 6 months. I've always worked out in a gym before and I wasn't keen on the idea of exercising out of my comfort zone but I found that the instructors in the gym didn't listen to what I wanted from the sessions. Helen ensures that the sessions are client focused, she recognises my strengths and what I like to do but also pushes me to try different ways of keeping fit and keeps challenging me so that I don't lose interest. She's even managed to bring out a competitive side that I never knew existed, one day I'll do more burpees than her! I feel fitter and stronger than I did 6 months ago, I also push myself more when I'm working out at home or in the gym. If I can't make our PT sessions I really miss it, not only is the exercise good for me but I always finish the session smiling. It really is me time. "
