The 31:10 Project
A wise person once said that our attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference. The 31:10 project seeks to motivate and inspire young women aged between 16 and 24 to reach their full potential and achieve their goals by thinking differently about themselves and the world they live in. The project was founded by Osha Daley, an experienced education recruitment consultant and Team Leader, who has a passion for seeing young women reach their full potential. Osha started this project in 2013 after visiting a college careers fair. During this event Osha spoke to a number of young women who were studying but had no direction in relation to their career aspirations. She began working with individuals, helping with CVs and interview skills, but she wanted to make more of an impact as a result in 2015 the 31:10 Programme was created.
